Villa Guadalupe

A facility developed by the Claretian Associates, South Chicago’s Villa Guadalupe Senior Services Center, 3291 East 91st Street, was retrofitted for energy efficiency, in 2009.   Features added to the building at that time included solar panels, and a roof garden.

In addition to its function as a senior residential facility, Villa Guadalupe (“The Villa”) provides community social services,  and serves as a meeting center, art gallery, and social center for many community organizations and functions.
